Mark was absolutely amazing to work with! He helped me pick out the perfect trees, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel rushed. His recommendations were thoughtful and really helped me feel confident in my purchase. Customer service like his is hard to come by. Thank you, Mark, for making this such a great experience! So happy with my SHADE trees!!!!

Alexis was awesome. He was super helpful, answered all our questions, and made everything easy. We picked out a strawberry tree. 100% one of the best decisions me and my wife have done. Definitely recommend checking out Moon Valley & Alexis.

Damian Rose(great name for a guy that works at a nursery) what tremendous. From the start he explained how Moon Valley works with customers. He didn’t disappoint. Showed up at our home on time and spent several hours with us laying out the landscape plan and helping us select the plants, schrubs, and ground cover. Negotiated the best price for the project and Helped also setting up the 12 month 0% financing program with WFB. Besides that, both my wife and I really liked his friendly personality. Will give another review after all plants are delivered and planted in our yard. Thanks Damian.

Moonvalley Nursery has gone beyond my highest expectations!!! In 2025 I planted a forest 🌳 in my front yard (8-trees) that were on the larger size and exactly what they promised, you have instant gratification for every dollar spent. Fast forward to this year (I purchased the extended care for a year) I noticed that one of the large trees I planted looked like it was not doing well. I was within the one year guarantee and Sy from the Gilroy store came out to look at the tree and agreed that it actually needed to be replaced!!!! So he sent a better replacement tree than I actually purchased the first time!!!! He sent Santos Garcia and his crew to replace the tree and they went above and beyond with replanting and returning the area around the tree to look like nothing was ever replanted, so kudos to the crew!!!! Moon Valley thanks so much for a job well done!!!👍🏼

I was super impressed by the service I received at Moon Valley! Damian Rose did a great job helping me pick out the tree for the home's backyard. He put a lot of thought into what would work/look best. He also labeled and saved the tree for me and took me on a tour to see it when I visited the nursery, before delivery. Santos Garcia and his team did an extraordinary job with the delivery. They worked with me on it's placement and taught me how to best care for the tree. I HIGHLY recommend Moon Valley when you need a tree! The selection and service are unbeatable in the entire San Francisco Bay Area!!
